For the past 7 years MMI-2 has been working with the USDA National Forest Service conducting the National Visitor Use Monitoring surveys that take place in every National Forest on a 5-year rotating schedule. The surveys are one-on-one interviews and are conducted at recreation sites throughout the national forest. The data collected helps the National Forest Service better serve their visitors by knowing the activities they participate in, where they stay, how long they stay, how far they travel to recreate in the forests, and how satisfied they are with the facilities and services provided.
